Marina management company seeks full-time general manager to oversee all operations of our two Lake Ray Hubbard Marinas near Dallas, TX . High-level, take-charge manager responsible for overall marina operations, including formulating annual operating and marketing budgets, recruitment and supervision of employees, creating and implementing preventive maintenance program for infrastructure/equipment and comprehensive risk management program, managing boats/vessel scheduling, slip leasing and collections. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required for interaction with management company, corporate clients, marina tenants, vendors, potential customers and the business community. Highly computer literate (WORD, Excel, Adobe Acrobat), general understanding of financing, bookkeeping, marketing and human resources. Responsible for maintaining quality of all facilities and grounds. Qualifications: Minimum of five years management experience, preferably in marina, resort or high-end hospitality setting. Boating and/or marine-related experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in-field experience. Position is full-time with evenings and weekends as needed. Must be willing to relocate.
