The Hill Country Yacht Club
Membership in the HCYC gives its members more ways to enjoy Canyon Lake. There are parties, dinners, social gatherings, and events for power and sail boats all year long. HCYC has a large clubhouse that is available to all their members that includes Wi-Fi, grilling & cooking facilities, full bath & shower facilities, and reciprocity at hundreds of yacht clubs worldwide.

SUMMER TIME!
Is it just me or has it seemed like winter has refused to give up its grip on our weather. Hopefully the cold weather is behind us. Memorial Day Weekend is going to be here before you know it, don’t procrastinate getting your boat prepared for the season. Before you plan the big holiday vacation I always recommend coming by to check your boat out.
When inspecting your boat for the season you should:
Check the battery charge and the vessels charging system.
Check engine, transmission/outdrive oil level and condition.
Thoroughly check all electrical switches, buttons and gauges (Corrosion can short these out when they haven’t been used in a while.)
When running the engines make sure that they are pumping cooling water.
Finally a short shake down cruise is always a good idea just to make sure everything is in ship shape!
We are looking forward to a busy season on Canyon Lake, and we hope that you are able to have many fun days of your own on the lake this summer!

We have a complete fleet of rental equipment for your use; pontoon boats, Sea Ray ski boats, Sea Doo personal watercraft, Boston Whaler fishing boats, and 2 person Kayaks.
Even though you already own a boat, you may want to try something different, or maybe you have guests and need more room, we would be glad to help with any one of the boats in our fleet.
