Deposit

Dockage reservations require a deposit at time of booking. Full refund if cancellation is made 72 hours of the arrival date. Please note there is no refund if you fail to cancel before 72 hours! The deposit will be applied towards your dockage upon your request for final departure. The amount will depend on the length of vessel and the length of stay.

Invoicing

Dockage is calculated by length of the yacht multiplied by the given rate and the amount of nights, rates are inclusive of all government taxes. Rates are exclusive of utility charges and garbage fees; please ask the marina office for pricing. Utility rates may be adjusted on a monthly basis due to the instability of the world fuel prices. Each time the yacht departs port an invoice will be prepared, which clearly outlines the number of nights stayed. A valid credit card must be provided, which authorizes the marina to settle all outstanding invoices once the vessel has departed if no other payment methods have been arranged.

Berthing

On first arrival the vessel will be given a berthing agreement which has to be filled out and returned to the marina office along with a copy of the vessel’s registration, valid insurance and crew list.
